The flat $500 fee covers a complete four-dimension assessment: live coding, system design discussion, async writing + English fluency evaluation, and culture fit screening. You receive a detailed scorecard with pass/fail recommendation, strengths, risk areas, and technical deep-dive notes. No hidden fees, no per-hour billing.
48 hours from the time we receive the candidate's details and your role requirements. We schedule the assessments, run all four evaluation dimensions, and deliver the final scorecard within two business days.
If your candidate doesn't pass, you'll know exactly why, every scorecard includes specific weaknesses and risk areas. We can also source vetted LatAm alternatives from our network, typically ready within 5 business days. This is optional and priced separately through our Contract-to-Hire service.
